Summary: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for developing dynamic dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the effective use of analytics tools to support strategic objectives. Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and enhance Amazon Quicksight dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key business metrics. * Analyze GTM data to deliver insights that improve decision-making and drive business outcomes. * Create robust data models to streamline reporting and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. * Design, implement, and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly scorecards and forecasts for leadership. * Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure reporting aligns with business needs. * Lead the administration and enhancement of Quicksight and other BI platforms to ensure scalability and usability. * Provide provocative presentations to key stakeholders to advance understanding and strategy through compelling visuals. * Educate GTM teams on how to use BI tools effectively, fostering a data-driven culture. * Develop standardized reports and packages that provide field teams with the insights they need to succeed. * Respond to requests for deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, or risks. Required Skills & Experience: * 4+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with hands-on expertise in AWS Quicksight. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, data modeling, data visualization, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis. * Experience with AWS Quicksight/Athena/S3/Lambda, Gitlab, VSCode, Salesforce CRM, Google Sheets, Google Slides. * Preferred experience with Fivetran. * Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies. * Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for solving complex business problems. * Ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or a relevant/equivalent field. * Working knowledge of SaaS metrics (Bookings, Pipeline, Churn, NRR, GRR, LTV, ARR, CAC, etc.) and Revenue Forecasting. * Bonus points for experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and domain expertise in revenue enablement, GTM/sales operations, professional services reporting, customer intelligence, or churn prediction models.

About the position Showpad is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be the primary dedicated resource for SFDC advocacy internally, responsible for maintaining our Salesforce instance and integration with other platform applications (e.g. Marketo, Inside View, Lean Data, Groove,etc), amongst a team of peers focused on development, analysis, project management, and enablement for our global organization. You will participate in the design of custom objects, workflows, loading and management of data in the system and the overall architecture of the Salesforce instance. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator will assist with change requests and support requests. The Salesforce Administrator will keep current on Salesforce best practices and new features that may be implemented as part of any related project. We'll rely on your experience and your broad and deep knowledge of the various modules of Salesforce to surface both standard and creative solutions to meet those needs. Key responsibilities as a Salesforce Administrator at Showpad * Design, standardize and evaluate workflows, lists, tasks, sequences, and data flows using Process Builder * Spearhead continuous improvement to create and improve automation initiatives * Collaborate on key projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements * Participate in solution brainstorming, research, decision making and testing * Steward new release rollouts to guarantee smooth introduction to the organization * Drive Lightning user adoption and best practices to further the long-term success of the system * Configure, Maintain and Troubleshoot/Resolve user issues as they arise * Ensure all work is thoroughly documented in the appropriate format (Confluence, etc) * Manage Users, Profiles, and Page Layouts while ensuring data quality Skills and Qualifications we are looking for * Bachelor’s degree with two to four years of Salesforce administration experience and/or equivalent education/experience * Salesforce Administrator Certification Required * Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Preferred * Sales Cloud, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I certifications a plus * Lightning experience required * Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools and other BI tools * In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and extended knowledge of those capabilities utilizing custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with other systems * Knowledge about additional capabilities like CPQ, Quotes, Version controlled metadata release management etc is a plus. * Capability to work independently in a fast paced team environment Strong organizational skills - managing small projects or multiple tasks * First experience with iPaaS solutions (Workato, Jitterbit, Informatica, Dell Boomi) is a plus Nice Extras * Experience with Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, and similar tools * Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement * Understanding of the interactions between administrator and developer areas of the Salesforce.com platform * Demonstrated understanding of relational database design * Proficiency in related tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Force.com IDE, Developer Console) * Experience in end-to-end ownership of applications, from inception through post-deployment support and iterative enhancement * Technology background preferred

What You’ll Do * Sales Business Partnering: Serve as a key strategic partner to the VPs, working in close alignment with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations. You attend leadership meetings and translate qualitative field needs into quantitative requirements for the S&O team. * Full-Funnel Oversight: You monitor the "Whole Number." You ensure VPs understand their retention benchmarks and have the data needed to protect their base. * Field Innovation Scout: You are a key bridge to the Innovation team. You identify the manual tasks VPs and reps are facing and work with the Director of Insights and Innovation to scope the AI Agents required to address them. * Specialized Executive Reporting: Own the "Last-Mile" reporting for Sales QBRs. You take core dashboards from the Insights team and "story-tell" the data for VPs. * Enablement Liaison: Partner with the VP of Enablement to ensure that when a new process or AI tool is "released," the VPs are bought in and the coaching is aligned. * Conflict Resolution: Support resolution of territory or quota disputes by preparing data-driven analyses and recommendations for the VP to review and action. What You Bring * Experience: 8+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations roles. * Executive Presence: Strong ability to partner with VPs and present data-driven recommendations while maintaining strong working relationships. * Generalist Mastery: You are a "Sales Ops Hero" who can think across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance datasets. * Operational Grit: Willingness to get into the weeds to solve a VP's problem while having the discipline to hand off the long-term solution to the Pune COE.
