Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience from restaurants, bars or hospitality, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Genuinely enjoys working with both guests and employees
- Leads by example and is comfortable taking responsibility
- Communicates clearly and creates a positive, professional team culture
- Has strong operational understanding and can maintain standards during busy services
- Understands the importance of both great hospitality and good financial results
- Enjoys developing people through training, coaching and follow-up
- Has an interest in food, cocktails, wine and quality products
- Is solution-oriented and sees possibilities rather than problems
Arbeidsoppgaver
The role
You will have responsibility for:
- Daily operation of Front of House
- Leading by example and setting the standard for professionalism, attitude and service
- Creating a culture where every guest is seen, welcomed and genuinely looked after
- Ensuring the team takes ownership, finds solutions and works together
- Maintaining our Service Standards and ensuring they are consistently delivered
- Creating a positive, respectful workplace with clear expectations and strong communication
- Building strong cooperation between floor, bar and kitchen
- Staffing, scheduling and labour-cost control
- Maintaining high standards for food, drinks, cleanliness and presentation
- Training and developing the team in product knowledge, upselling and guest service
- Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
- Driving sales and taking ownership of results, profitability and the overall guest experience
