The Global Insights team serves as Reddit’s central hub of knowledge, responsible for translating first-party and third-party data
into actionable insights about people, communities, and cultural conversations. The team plays a critical role in helping Sales,
B2B Marketing, and Consumer Marketing teams articulate Reddit’s value to advertisers and consumers alike.
Reddit is seeking an EMEA Insights Specialist to join our growing Global Insights team. This hybrid role will focus on both
commercial and consumer insights, helping advertisers show up more strategically on Reddit while also supporting Reddit’s growth
and positioning among consumers across the region.
As the first dedicated Insights hire in Germany, this person will become the definitive voice of Insights across DACH — serving as
a trusted advisor and strategic partner to some of the world’s largest brands, agencies, and internal stakeholders. This role
combines consumer intelligence, cultural strategy, brand positioning, commercial storytelling, and market expertise to help drive
advertiser investment and audience growth across EMEA.
Reporting to the Global Insights Principal, this role will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and
Growth teams to shape how Reddit is understood in-market by both advertisers and consumers.

Your Key Responsibilities This role is a dedicated Annealing Process Specialist for the Luleå transformation project. The person will act as the on site (Luleå) technical liaison between the Cold Mill/Annealing operations and the R&D organization and laboratories located in Borlänge and Hämeenlinna. Their main responsibility is to ensure that annealing process requirements are clearly defined, validated, and integrated into both production and product development workflows. Hands-on experience not only practical in annealing operations within a steel production environment with specific background on continuous annealing and galvanizing of cold rolled steels. Leading the annealing questions within the cold mill complex and providing technical expertise. Running relevant technical questions/projects together with other relevant specialist groups to generate bases for decision making. Your Qualifications To thrive in this role, you bring: Higher academic degree, preferably in Steel Processes (M.Sc.) At least 10 years of experience in steel production, with a focus on annealing or thermal processing. Strong metallurgical and process engineering/operations background Deep understanding of continuous annealing processes, furnace operation, induction heating, and cooling curve control of cold rolled steels. Understand product quality and properties of steel behavior, in continuous annealing environment. Familiarity with Level 2 automation systems and process modelling tools. Strong communication and coordination skills to bridge cross functional teams, Product Development, Technical Line Personnel and Production Operations Teams.
