around the world. The role of Apukka’s hospitable and professional team is to create the setting and atmosphere for a memorable

holiday in Finnish Lapland. At Apukka, new team members are welcomed just as warmly as every guest.

Are you articulate, energetic, and do you enjoy meeting international guests? Do you want to be the first and last smile our

customers encounter on their journey toward Arctic adventures? We are now looking for shuttle bus guides to join our team,

responsible for ensuring a smooth transportation experience for our guests between Rovaniemi city center, Santa Claus Village, and

Apukka Resort. As a shuttle bus guide, you play a key role in ensuring that our guests’ journey starts and ends successfully.

Note: Daily shifts begin and end in Rovaniemi city center.

• Welcoming guests: You meet guests at pick-up points in Rovaniemi city center and Santa Claus Village at the Arctic Circle, well

before departure.

• Hosting and creating atmosphere: During the journey, you act as a guide using the microphone, presenting and promoting Apukka

Resort’s diverse services such as accommodation, restaurants, and activity programs, as well as the possibility of returning to

the resort independently to enjoy our services.

• Providing information: You give guests important information about changing into equipment, excursion start times, and return

transportation.
