Job Description
Reporting to the Data Insight Director, you will be part of the Jellyfish Data Team, a broad and diverse team within the Paid
Media capability. The Data Team is composed of diverse profiles such as data analysts, data scientists, and BI specialists.
Together with other data professionals, you will be one of those responsible for data collection, data processing, and the
construction of dashboards and marketing data analysis for one of the largest clients in Brazil. You will also work with the Paid
Media team and with support from the Data team, bringing an innovative vision, building the data pipeline, data viz (data
visualization), and proposing a testing and measurement agenda, in addition to advanced and ad-hoc analysis.

No seu dia a dia: * Atuar como especialista de BI/Analytics, conectando dados às necessidades estratégicas do negócio de recuperação de crédito. * Ler, diagnosticar e entender profundamente esteiras e processos operacionais (ex.: fluxo de “Caídos”), identificando gargalos e oportunidades. * Definir KPIs estratégicos e construir painéis executivos (ex.: Power BI) que orientem a tomada de decisão diária da operação. * Construir indicadores por etapa do processo, garantindo visão clara do desempenho e impacto no resultado final. * Realizar análises pontuais e estruturantes para identificar gaps, testar hipóteses e gerar recomendações acionáveis. * Criar dashboards robustos, inteligentes e orientados ao negócio, com storytelling claro e foco no direcionamento da operação. * Apoiar áreas internas com estudos, análises e insights baseados em dados para melhorar performance, políticas, priorizações e resultados. * Criticar, validar ou propor melhorias em modelos, regras, políticas e soluções analíticas já existentes. * Atuar em parceria com Engenharia de Dados, Operações e Produtos para garantir visões integradas e soluções escaláveis. * Ser protagonista na construção de visões estratégicas e análise exploratória do comportamento do cliente inadimplente. Esperamos de você: * Ensino superior completo em Matemática, Estatística, Física, Engenharia e demais cursos voltados para ciências exatas; * Forte senioridade em Business Intelligence, Análise de Dados ou Analytics. * Domínio de ferramentas de visualização (preferencialmente Power BI). * Capacidade analítica sólida para entender problemas complexos, estruturar métricas e propor soluções. * Experiência comprovada na construção de dashboards executivos e KPIs estratégicos. * Perfil “hands on”, com habilidade de traduzir dados em caminhos de negócio claros e viáveis. * Familiaridade com SQL e ferramentas de manipulação de dados. * Experiência prévia em recuperação de crédito, crédito, cobrança, bancos ou consultorias (Big Four) será um grande diferencial. * Visão de negócio forte e capacidade de interlocução com áreas diversas.
