Millions of people around the world come to our platform to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for
memories that will last a lifetime. At Pinterest, we’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love,
and that starts with the people behind the product.

looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of that. To get a complete picture of your experience and abilities, we’ll
explore your foundational skills and how you collaborate with AI.

Pinterest is growing — its platform, advertiser base, and cultural footprint are all expanding. Marketing and Communications are
central to how the company tells its story, builds trust with partners, and shows up for its users. The Chief of Staff to the CMO
and Chief Communications Officer is a senior individual contributor role focused on the effectiveness of both executives —
ensuring their time reflects strategic priorities, they are well-prepared for every high-stakes moment, and the cross-functional
work that requires their direct sponsorship has the structure and momentum to land.
This role is scoped to the executives themselves. Organizational operations, resource planning, team-wide processes, and broad AI
strategy and adoption for MC2 are owned by a dedicated operations function — one that the Chief of Staff works alongside in close,
day-to-day collaboration. The two are designed to be complementary, with clear ownership and a shared commitment to the
organization's success.
Collaboration is foundational to how this role operates. Whether partnering with the Communications team to support the CMO's
messaging, working with EABPs to connect calendars to strategic priorities, or driving C-suite-sponsored initiatives across
functions, success here is built on trust, influence, and the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

At Ledgy, we’re on a mission to make Europe a powerhouse of entrepreneurship by building a modern, tech-driven equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies. In 2026, we aim to be the leading provider for European IPOs and reporting for share-based payments. We are a value-based company with a core focus on being humble, transparent, ambitious and impactful, all in order to delivery the best experience for our customers and end users. We are proud to partner with some of the world’s leading investors. New Enterprise Associates led our $22m Series B round in 2022, with Philip Chopin joining Sequoia’s Luciana Lixandru on our board. We were founded in Switzerland in 2017 and today we operate globally from offices in Zurich and London. We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages. The Opportunity We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO and Co-Founder, Armon. This is not an administrative role. You'll be the CEO's strategic thought partner and execution engine, someone who can take an ambiguous brief, structure it, drive it to completion, and hand it off cleanly. Your job is to make the CEO and the leadership team dramatically more effective. You'll operate as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports (at least to begin with), owning high-impact projects from zero to one across strategy, go-to-market, product, operations and corporate development. Once a project reaches steady state, you'll hand it off to the relevant team and move to the next needle mover and big bet. This role reports directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the Head of Ops & AI. What You’ll be Doing Strategic Execution * Own and deliver high-impact, mission-critical and strategic projects end-to-end, from scoping through execution to handoff * Lead cross-functional initiatives that sit between Product, GTM, and Operations, ensuring alignment and driving execution * Lead preparation for Board meetings, investor updates, and company all-hands. You’ll need to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives * Support annual and quarterly planning cycles and execute recurring business reviews * Lead international expansion, including establishing new entities and building local teams CEO Force Multiplier * This role sits within the CEO's office, which includes our Finance Lead and Head of Operations. You'll partner closely with both across a wide range of initiatives and workstreams. * Serve as a sparring partner on strategic decisions, bringing structured thinking and fresh perspectives * Shadow the CEO to build deep context across all functions and "clone" the CEO's judgment and operating style * Free up CEO bandwidth by proactively identifying the highest-leverage priorities and ensuring they get the time they deserve Go-to-Market, Product and other pioneering Initiatives * Drive strategic GTM bets and partner with Operations for full deployment. Examples include new strategic partnerships, new market motions, and commercial strategy * Help strengthen positioning, messaging, and go-to-market collateral by partnering with Product Marketing and Sales * Support pricing strategy development and market-facing initiatives * Act as a commercial force multiplier for the CEO in sales, customer, and partner meetings * Operationalise Advanced Services (our paid offering for outsourced equity plan admin) together with GTM Leaders and RevOps Corporate Development * Support fundraising efforts and investor engagement * Drive M&A target identification, commercial assessments, and Board materials * Lead due diligence processes for M&A, coordinating internal and external workstreams Organisational Effectiveness * Connect dots and force straight lines across the organisation — identify where things are stuck and unblock them before the evidence becomes overwhelming * Develop dashboards, reports, and frameworks to measure what matters * Help codify learnings from key initiatives for the broader organisation * Sunset our existing OKR framework and introduce a new concept that allows each and every Ledgista to understand what we’re building at any point in time. * Champion Ledgy's AI-first operating model. Leverage AI tools extensively to maximise personal and organisational output What We're Looking For * 5-8 years of experience, with a foundation in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth tech operating roles * Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You extrapolate with minimal input and deliver without hand-holding * Structured, systems thinking and problem-solving. You are capable of taking a vague brief and turn it into a scoped plan with clear deliverables in days, not weeks * Outstanding written and verbal communication, with experience producing concise, CEO-grade narratives, board decks, and investor materials * Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial analysis, strategic assessments, or go-to-market strategy * High EQ and ability to influence without authority. You build trust quickly and rally cross-functional teams around shared goals * Deeply tech-savvy and AI-fluent. You actively use AI tools in your daily work and are excited about pushing the boundaries of what's possible by also becoming an advocate internally * Bias for action and ownership. You have a track record of delivering results, not just analysis * Based in London (or willing to relocate) with flexibility for international travel (likely 1-3x per quarter) * Comfort with multi-timezone collaboration (Ledgy operates across UK, Switzerland, and Germany) and will be expanding to the US later this year. Nice to Have * Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated FinTech companies * Prior Chief of Staff, strategic operations, or founder's associate experience at a growth-stage company * Exposure to M&A transactions, fundraising, or corporate development * Experience working across European markets (UK, DACH, Nordics) What This Role is NOT To set expectations clearly: * Not BAU. You won't own (many) recurring operational processes. You build from zero to one and hand off. * Not an EA. This is a strategic role, not a calendar or logistics role * Not a layer. You'll be a connector, not a bottleneck. The leadership team operates as a tight, coordinated group — you amplify that, not slow it down * Not a consultant. You'll be in the weeds, executing alongside the team, not producing decks from the sidelines * Not a stable role. You’ll constantly be faced with ambiguity, changing priorities and new challenges Your Growth Path This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to every facet of scaling a venture-backed, high-growth European Software & FinTech leader. Typical progression will lead to senior positions in general management, operations, or entrepreneurship, ideally at Ledgy. Half of our LT team were promoted from within. 💜 What We Offer * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * Meaningful equity participation via our tax-efficient EMI scheme — real ownership in a profitable, high-growth company. Pure upside from here * Direct mentorship from the CEO with unparalleled exposure to company strategy and board * Recharge and re-energize with flexible working hours, 25 days of vacation, and up to 40 days of remote work from outside your home country * Professional development with a generous yearly learning & development budget
OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe. FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE TEAM AND LIFE AT OMNEA HERE. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You’ll be our CEO’s commercial and executional partner -- running special projects that don’t yet have a natural owner, from acquisitions and fundraises to exec hiring, PR, and building out new teams/business lines. It’s a genuinely cross-functional Office of the CEO role, sitting at the intersection of product, GTM, and business building more broadly. This person will not be a back-office operator. You’re a builder and a doer -- someone who thrives on ambiguity, wants to learn how to run a company from the inside, and can turn ideas into results at speed. It is also not glamorous work: You will need a ‘no job is too small’ attitude and to thrive from executing and making an impact, not strategising. You’ll get an unmatched view into how a category-defining AI-driven business scales from $10M to $100M+ ARR at great speed, working directly with the CEO and leadership team. It’s the perfect role for someone who wants to be a future founder, GM, COO or commercial leader; compressing 10 years of experience into two. The spike we’re looking for is commercial judgment and operator muscle, not process. The best candidates will have lived the chaos of a start-up/scale-up and learned how to bring order without slowing things down. You’ll be trusted with some of the most important company initiatives, and your fingerprints will be on some of Omnea’s most strategic moves. In short: This is the CEO’s right hand on the initiatives that drive growth, visibility, and scale. If you succeed, the company moves faster, hires better, and shows up in the world with the ambition of a generational business. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? You’ll own and deliver CEO-level special projects end-to-end. You’ll take a rough idea, scope it in days (not weeks), and drive to a clear finish line. One quarter that might be running an exec search end-to-end (outreach, screening calls, and all!); the next it could be exploring an acquisition, launching a new GTM motion, or helping unblock a critical customer need. You’ll drive partnerships and strategic GTM bets. You’ll identify leverage points, pilot new GTM plays, and coordinate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to unlock revenue -- from enterprise lighthouse customer pursuits to ecosystem partnerships. You’ll lead executive and critical hiring. You’ll source, run, and close senior searches. You’ll build the brief, map the market, run a tight process, and bring elite operators to the table and filter candidates before our CEO speaks with them. You’ll operate with founder-level ownership, at pace. You’ll decide what matters, what doesn’t, and in what order. You’ll keep momentum through ambiguity, clear blockers, and communicate crisply so busy people can move. You’ll learn fast and earn trust. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, gaining exposure to how product, GTM, capital, and hiring intersect -- and you’ll be trusted with all internal company matters. ABOUT YOU You’ve likely spent 6–10 years in high-growth companies (ideally B2B SaaS), in roles spanning BizOps, BD/revenue generation, or GM-style leadership. You understand how sales, marketing, and capital decisions drive growth, and you can turn strategy into action without much direction. You are entrepreneurial and motivated to help build a business, not just observe one. You’re happiest when working hard and solving challenging problems. You know this requires dedication and some sacrifice, and you think it’s worth it. You have a track record of exceptional performance -- whether in academia, work, or elsewhere -- and evidence of sticking it out through tough environments. You’ve thrived in 0→1 or growth-stage companies, helping to build the playbook while executing it. You’re commercially minded and can run projects end-to-end: hiring execs, working deals, or launching GTM initiatives. You’ve learned what great execution looks like and bring that standard everywhere you go. You communicate crisply and with purpose. You can craft CEO-grade narratives -- board decks, competitive positioning, external comms -- and represent Omnea and our CEO with confidence and discretion. You’re trusted, pragmatic, and able to move quickly when needed. You thrive in ambiguity, act with judgment & taste, and bring momentum to everything you touch. Dealbreakers: This is not for pure consultants/VCs without operating experience. It’s not for people who need heavy structure, or who want process over progress. If you don’t get energy from being in the weeds & making an impact (often requiring unglamorous work), you will not enjoy this role. At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: * We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here. * We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here * We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. 🚀 YOUR OPPORTUNITY Luminovo is building the software infrastructure and AI foundation for the $2 trillion electronics supply chain — helping OEMs and EMS quote and procure faster by bringing all data, processes, and players together in one place. We're 100 people, growing fast, and in the middle of executing a bold revenue strategy across Europe and North America. Our GTM engine is accelerating, and the strategic bets ahead — new add-ons, new geographies, new customer segments — require serious operational and strategic firepower. In this role, you'll step into the most senior cross-functional operating position in the company, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sebastian (Co-Founder) and Clifton (Global VP Sales) to drive revenue strategy planning and execution. This open position exists because Catha, our Chief of Staff, is going on parental leave — and the revenue strategy and cross-functional execution muscle she's built needs to keep moving. But this isn't just a coverage position: The revenue projects will keep coming and you’ll have a long-term progression path in our team as we scale. 🎯 PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES REVENUE STRATEGY EXECUTION * Own the 2027 business planning process. Drive the process (with Sebastian, Clifton, and Benedikt, our VP Finance & Operations) of building and stress-testing our 2027 business plan — from strategic assumptions to a board-ready document, completed by Q4 2026. * Advance the OEM GTM strategy. Keep OEM initiatives moving across geographies — coordinate execution across Inga's team, track milestones, unblock decisions, and ensure Seba always has the right context to make fast calls as we expand into new markets. * Drive strategic projects in the revenue department. Take ownership of cross-functional revenue projects (e.g. PCB or the Global Solutions Team, though the specific list will shift): understand the root cause, define a target state, build a project plan to get there, and support its execution — through project management and reporting, hands-on execution when a project stalls, and quality assurance of what the team delivers. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EXECUTION * Be the connective tissue. Carry Catha's role of catching things before they fall — surfacing stuck decisions, ensuring cross-functional handovers happen (especially across OEM and CS), and keeping revenue projects moving. * Support OEM and CS through the leave window. Inga and Markus own the work; you keep the operating rhythms intact and intervene on decisions that need a CoS-style push. * Run Seba's revenue operating system. Prepare briefs, prep materials, and follow-up documentation so that Seba's time on operational coordination measurably decreases within the first 3 months. BUILD GREAT THINGS * Document and systematize. Convert at least 3 previously ad-hoc revenue workflows into reusable playbooks, templates, and a central wiki by month 9 — starting with the business planning process, OEM coordination, and CS project management. * Own your first strategic project end-to-end. After a ramp period, take full ownership of 1–2 strategic projects (confirmed at handover with Catha and Seba) and ship measurable outcomes within your remaining tenure. * Sharpen the revenue analytics engine. Build or improve dashboards and reporting processes that give Seba, Clif, and Benedikt always-current visibility into revenue performance, capacity, and forecast. CULTURE & OPERATING PRINCIPLES * Be a role model on Putting People First and Productive Conflict. Given this role's proximity to the leadership team, actively model these principles — and reinforce, not replicate, any gaps in the current culture. * Embrace feedback. Proactively seek and give direct, specific feedback. Operate with full transparency toward Seba and Catha on where you're at, what you need, and what's at risk. 🤓 WHOM YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH * Seba — your direct manager during Catha's leave; primary partner on revenue strategy and decision-making * Clif — key collaborator on business planning, capacity planning, and GTM execution * Catha — 2–3 week handover at start; returns ~July 2027; reporting line after return TBD * Inga — OEM lead; you keep her initiatives moving and unblock cross-functional dependencies across geographies * Markus + new Implementation Lead — CS; you support their operating rhythms during the transition * Benedikt — partner on business plan, financial inputs, and investor reporting ⚡️ Skills, knowledge, and expertise Just so you know — we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than about your CV. (Why we banned requirements from our job descriptions) Why Luminovo * Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and VP Sales at a well-funded European scale-up with 300+ customers * Step into the most senior cross-functional operating role in the company, with a clear path to grow as we scale * AI at the core of how we operate, not a marketing slide * Collaborative, international team with offices in Munich, Berlin, and New York ⚡️ ABOUT LUMINOVO Luminovo is the first electronics supply chain platform that unites all data, processes, and stakeholders in the trillion-dollar electronics industry.
