Your main responsabilities are : Creating the Polène Experience * Adopt the right approach to actively impact the conversion rate, ensuring every new visitor feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return. * Advise and assist customers throughout their purchase journey, providing quality service from greeting to departure. * Offer personalized and excellent customer experiences by attentively addressing needs and exemplifying Polène's image. * Promote and encourage additional sales, mastering and informing customers about our services during and after purchases. Cash Management & additional tasks * Handle opening and closing of registers and process transactions. * Develop CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting. * Ensure the boutique's upkeep, including merchandising, maintaining the sales area, and supporting stockists with organization and inventory tasks. Boutique opening and closing * Prepare the boutique before opening: activate lighting, equipment, music, verify merchandising, and restock shopping bags. * Close the boutique after closing time : initiate telecollects, secure registers, send reports, deactivate lighting and equipment, adjust merchandising based on stock, organize materials, and turn off music. KEYS OF SUCCESS * At least 2 years of experience engaging with high-end, international clientele in a similar role, preferably within luxury and/or leather goods sectors. * Strong sensitivity to our products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry, with the ability to passionately share this with customers. * Easy integration into a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive spirit. * A friendly demeanor with natural relational ease, consistently taking the initiative to create and drive meaningful interactions with our discerning clientele. * A sharp service orientation, coupled with rigor, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail. * Autonomy, adaptability, and resilience to manage high boutique traffic effectively. Your main responsabilities are : Sales team management - As the right-hand person to the Store Manager, you coordinate all team activities and promote collaboration by ensuring information is shared. - You ensure that the team understands and implements the brand strategy. - You manage stockists to help them achieve their goals. - You will organize regular meetings with the store's stock community, ensuring that the team is familiar with internal procedures and can train newcomers. - You will contribute to the planning of store activities and resources (schedules, lunch breaks) and the preparation of morning meetings. Contribute to Polène's performance - Manage and organize warehouse activities: receiving and checking deliveries, managing customer reservations, obsolete items, invoices, and packaging, relabeling products. - Ensure the success and results of inventories by following procedures: inventories by product family and annual inventory. - Propose improvements to operational processes, making improvements to the procurement system and logistics organization. - Perform regular stock analyses to inform optimization considerations. - In a dynamic environment, you are the point of reference for the organization and optimization of new storage spaces. KEYS OF SUCCESS - You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector. - You demonstrate great autonomy and adaptability, with a dynamism that allows you to manage the flow of customers in the store. - You have a strong appreciation for our products, craftsmanship, and the art of leather goods, which you can talk about with passion to our customers. - You have a genuine spirit of collaboration and mutual support. - You are able to deal with urgent situations and find quick solutions: flexibility is essential for us. Your main responsabilities are : Creator of the Polène experience * Manage incoming and outgoing product flows: opening cartons, applying delivery procedures, and storing products in the stockroom, ensuring proper organization and optimizing storage space. * Liaise with the supply manager at headquarters to communicate inventory-related information and maintain daily communication with the sales team regarding overstocked or out-of-stock items. * Ensure coordination between the sales team and stock: stockroom transfers and making requested items available to clients. Contributor to Polène’s performance * Prepare and monitor product transfers between boutiques and foster collaboration by ensuring information sharing within the stock team. * Participate in the organization and monitoring of inventories (cycle counts and fiscal inventories), analyze discrepancies when necessary, and assist in product searches using the Maison’s tools. * Demonstrate versatility by rotating between floor missions and all stock areas of the boutique, thereby developing strong knowledge of all product lines within the stock. * Be aware of your objectives and proactively contribute to action plans to achieve them. KEYS OF SUCCESS * You have been in contact with a high-end and international clientele for at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within the luxury and/or leather goods sector. * You demonstrate strong autonomy and great adaptability, along with tireless dynamism that enables you to manage high in-store traffic. * You have a strong sensitivity to our products, craftsmanship, and leather goods expertise, which you can speak about passionately with our clients. * You integrate easily into a team and have a true collaborative spirit and sense of mutual support. * You are able to handle urgency and seek quick solutions: constant versatility is required.
