Om tjänsten
Step into a unique opportunity to build and lead the Legal function of one of the Nordics' fastest-growing digital infrastructure
companies.
Build the Legal Function During an Important Phase of Growth
Are you a commercially minded legal executive who thrives at the intersection of business, strategy, and law?
atNorth is a leading Nordic provider of sustainable data centre infrastructure, supporting some of the world's most demanding AI,
high-performance computing, and digital workloads. Backed by leading international investors and operating across the Nordics, the
company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.
To support this journey, atNorth is looking for a General Counsel to establish and lead the company's Legal function.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will become a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Board, and investors, while playing a
key role in some of the company's most important strategic and commercial decisions. This is a rare opportunity to build a
function from the ground up and make a lasting impact on a rapidly growing international business.
A Strategic Leadership Role
As General Counsel, you will have overall responsibility for legal matters across Commercial, Land & Power, and Corporate. You
will support major customer contracts, infrastructure investments, financing activities, strategic partnerships, governance, and
compliance while helping the business balance growth opportunities with effective risk management.
Beyond the legal agenda, you will act as a strategic business partner and contribute actively to company strategy, expansion
plans, and value creation initiatives across the organisation.
Your Profile
You are a highly experienced legal leader with significant experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Associate
General Counsel, or in a similarly senior legal leadership role. You have operated at executive level and are a credible, trusted
advisor to CEOs, senior leadership teams, Boards, and investors.
Your background includes leading complex commercial negotiations and legal matters across several disciplines, such as commercial
contracts, corporate governance, compliance, financing, and infrastructure-related matters. Experience from data centres, digital
infrastructure, energy, utilities, telecommunications, construction, or another asset-intensive industry would be highly relevant.
To succeed, you must be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a complex, fast-moving environment. You combine
strong legal expertise with commercial judgement and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, and you have the ability to build
legal capabilities, frameworks, and teams that support growth and long-term value creation.
