We at WeQuel are now looking for a Business Developer Controlling in Södertälje, where you will become an important part of the
client's Business Development and Strategy team within R&D, with a focus on financial governance, planning, and strategic
decision-making. The role combines finance and controlling expertise with business development and strategic project management,
working across organizational boundaries. You will also drive strategic initiatives that shape how the client's R&D organization
operates. The team works with functional strategies and ways of working, and supports and challenges R&D management in strategic
and cross-functional questions.
As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our clients, leading companies in the automotive and
heavy vehicle industry, where you will help strengthen financial governance, improve planning and decision-making processes, and
develop digital and AI-based solutions for the future.
Your responsibilities:
- Clarifying and developing financial interfaces, roles, and responsibilities between the client's R&D, group-level R&D, and
other relevant units
You will work in a complex, cross-functional environment where you independently drive initiatives forward while collaborating
with stakeholders across the client's organization and its parent group.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, or
Economics
Meritorious:
- Finance, controlling, or financial business development experience within R&D, engineering, or another complex industrial
environment
