Note: This is an ongoing opportunity for future Managing Directors across the Everfield ecosystem. As we continue to grow our
portfolio, we are proactively engaging with candidates who have the leadership experience and operational expertise to step into
Managing Director roles within our vertical market software companies.
Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they
need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe’s software
ecosystem.
Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices while focusing on
what they do best—building products and supporting customers. Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to
a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics.
Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 7 countries—and growing.
As Managing Director (MD), you will lead one of Everfield’s portfolio companies and assume full ownership of its strategy,
execution, and performance. This role is designed for operationally strong leaders with deep experience in software businesses who
are ready to take end-to-end responsibility for a growing company.
You will work closely with Everfield’s central teams but operate independently, with the autonomy to shape the future of the
business. This role is especially suited to individuals with prior experience running software companies in a standalone or
platform model, particularly in the €2M–€10M recurring revenue range.
We welcome interest from experienced software leaders who understand the dynamics of buy-and-hold environments and
portfolio-driven growth—particularly those who have thrived in aggregator, accumulator, or roll-up software organizations.
While we review each application carefully, we are currently focused on candidates who bring:
If this context resonates and your experience aligns, we’d love to hear from you.
While we may not have an immediate opening in your geography or vertical, we maintain a high-touch pipeline of senior candidates
aligned with our investment roadmap.
Candidates with the experience outlined above will be contacted for follow-up discussions.
We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of
gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic,
responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision are made on the basis of skills,
qualifications and experiences.

As a key client partner, you will shape strategic direction, influence investment decisions, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that go beyond media to create meaningful connections. WHAT YOU BRING: * 5-7 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning, with a proven track record of leading large-scale accounts. * A strong passion for critical thinking, problem solving, and a deep understanding of how businesses, brands, and customers interact * Experience in "Connections Planning" or Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), with a deep understanding of how content and media intersect. * Expert-level proficiency with media research and audience profiling tools (GWI, MRI, ComScore, Pathmatics, etc.). * Demonstrated success in managing 360-degree sponsorship or tentpole campaign planning. * Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior clients and navigate complex multi-agency (IAT) environments. * A data-driven mindset paired with creative intuition—you know how to back up big ideas with hard numbers. * Proven experience in managing and growing direct reports, building a culture of excellence and curiosity.
