Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of insurance
transformation programmes.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the successful execution of complex client engagements, maintaining
strong executive-level relationships, driving commercial performance, and developing high-performing delivery teams.You will act
as a trusted advisor to clients and a key member of Alchemy’s leadership team, providing strategic oversight across multiple
programmes while ensuring delivery excellence, operational discipline, and sustainable growth.
Working across a broad range of insurance transformation initiatives, including core platform implementations, business change
programmes, and operational transformation engagements, you will be responsible for balancing client success, commercial outcomes,
and delivery performance while helping Alchemy continue to scale its consulting capability and market presence.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience leading large-scale technology and business transformation programmes within
the insurance industry and will be comfortable operating with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

The Job in Short To manage projects for some of the customers for our US Hub. You will be part of the Customer Success team and work closely with a Customer Success Manager, Technical Manager, and Operations Manager, to act as the face of Backbase. Meet the Job As a Delivery Director, you will be responsible for supervising the quality of our delivery with some of the customers within the US Hub. You will carefully steer and monitor performance across these projects and maintain customer success and satisfaction while ensuring that our relationship with them continues to grow. This role will directly report to Delivery Director. You will engage our customers at the executive level, presenting our delivery strategy and supporting the larger Customer Success Team in creating new opportunities. You will also occasionally support the Sales Team, provide guidance to the Operations Management function, and collaborate with the R&D department as well as the technical area to align the delivery strategy with the technical implementation. Overall, you own customers’ project portfolio and work closely with Project Managers to steer the implementation toward success in addition to the line management of Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Project Managers within the Hub. How about You? * You have 8+ years experience in Delivery; * You can demonstrate experience in the banking/financial services sector(s); * You have experience in startup/scaleup environments; * You have managed a program; * Agile coach experience is beneficial; * You have a proven leadership track record (8+ years) in running implementation projects for complex, mission-critical, and high-traffic web applications on rock-solid architecture; * You are a pragmatic solution finder who is accustomed to making project trade-offs and decisions, which subsequently, drive these decisions throughout the overall project execution; * You have strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Tes futures missions En tant que Delivery Director, tu portes deux responsabilités complémentaires : faire grandir tes PM/LPM et garantir la réussite de leur delivery. Manager et faire progresser les PM/LPM : Accompagner tes PM/LPM sur leurs projets : suivre leur delivery, les aider à débloquer les situations, leur donner des retours réguliers et exigeants dans une logique de progression. Être responsable de leur carrière : construire avec chacun·e un plan de progression clair et les projeter sur leurs prochaines étapes, chez le client comme chez Theodo. Mener les évaluations annuelles de ton équipe, en objectivant les progrès et en fixant des objectifs ambitieux et atteignables. Garantir un delivery de qualité Sécuriser la réussite des projets de ton périmètre : qualité, délais et création de valeur pour le client comme pour les équipes. Structurer la practice Contribuer au staffing : participer aux décisions d’affectation et à l’adéquation entre les talents et les besoins des projets. Animer les temps collectifs (all-hands, rituels de practice) pour renforcer la cohésion et la dynamique d’équipe.
