Over the past years, we have built a strong and stable team in Stockholm, a group of curious builders and commercial drivers who
have laid the foundation for our product, culture, and growth journey.
We are now expanding our commercial team and are looking for an Account Executive to join us in Stockholm. In this role, you will
own the full sales cycle, help regulated financial companies solve complex compliance challenges, and play an important role in
the next chapter of Bits' growth.

What you will be doing
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an extensive network across regulated customers in FinTech, banking,
payments, and RegTech.
Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
Represent Bits at networking events and conferences.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate market insights into product, go-to-market, and
execution improvements.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or regional leadership into financial services -
banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech.
- Strong network across the Swedish and the rest of the Nordic FinTech and financial services ecosystem, with the ability to
leverage relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Documented and proven experience in successfully selling B2B SaaS products.
Proven ability to deliver sales results, preferably having exceeded targets by a wide margin.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value enterprise deals.
Experience in complex technical sales and the ability to manage longer sales cycles (3-6+ mon).
Strong communicator and storyteller in Swedish and English.
Highly social, outgoing, and enjoys networking and actively creating new contacts at events.
It's a great advantage if you have experience selling RegTech or products within Compliance.
