In 2022, Instabee was founded through the combination of Instabox and Budbee — two leading last-mile delivery companies with three
consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy.

As our business continues to grow, so does the complexity of our financial operations. We are now looking for a full-time Accounts
Payable Accountant to join our global Finance team and play an important role in our continued growth.
About the role
As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be an important part of our Accounting team, responsible for day-to-day AP activities
across our Swedish and international entities. You will help ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on time, payments
are handled efficiently, and vendor relationships are well managed.
You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and stakeholders throughout the organisation, giving you broad exposure to
our international business. We are on an exciting journey of developing and modernising our current processes, with a strong focus
on leveraging AI, and you will play an active part in shaping this transformation.

You have a genuine interest in accounting and enjoy working in a role where accuracy, structure and attention to detail are

stakeholders.
