As an AI Engineer, you will join our Data & AI team and play an important part in Nordiska’s AI ambitions. We have a strong focus

on integrating AI into how we build products, improve operations, and develop our business.

AI is fundamentally changing what can be built, how teams operate, and how quickly new business value can be created. You will

work closely with engineers, data specialists, product teams, and business stakeholders to turn that potential into practical

solutions.

This is an entrepreneurial role in a fast-moving field. You will have the opportunity to explore new ideas, influence technical

decisions, and take solutions from early concepts to production. At the same time, you will balance speed and experimentation with

the security, reliability, and regulatory expectations of a bank.

• Develop applications and services using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and related

technologies.

• A degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical

experience.

• Practical experience from professional work, academic projects, internships, open-source contributions, or personal AI

projects.

Experience building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, Goose, or similar orchestration tools is considered an

advantage. Experience with LLM application development, MLOps, data engineering, C#/.NET, or designing and operating cloud

infrastructure at scale in Azure, AWS, or GCP is also valuable, as is knowledge of Swedish or financial services.
