The role
Healthcare needs data, and good analysis needs solid data foundations. We're looking for someone who wants to work across the
whole analytics workflow. That means building the pipelines and data models the business relies on, and turning that data into
insights that drive decisions.
A large part of your time will go into building and maintaining data pipelines in dbt and Dagster. The rest you'll spend close to
the business: building dashboards, digging into analyses and helping stakeholders act on what the data shows.
The breadth is intentional. The role suits someone a couple of years into their data career who enjoys both writing clean, tested
code and figuring out what the numbers actually mean.
You'll join our friendly and knowledgeable Analytics team, with colleagues in Sweden, France and the UK, and work with data from
our tech products and healthcare operations across Europe.
What you'll do
- Take on analyses, from quick questions to deep dives, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in areas such as
marketing, operations and product
Your first few months will focus on getting to know our data, our stack and how we work, with plenty of support from the team.
Where you can grow
Because the role spans the whole analytics workflow, you'll have room to find your direction over time. That could mean going
deeper into analytics or data engineering, moving towards data science, or becoming the go-to analytics expert in one of our core
areas, such as healthcare operations, product, marketing or finance.
Who you are
- You have 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a data role, for example as a data analyst, analytics engineer, BI developer or
data engineer
Nice to have
Our stack
dbt and Dagster for transformation and orchestration, Looker for BI, and Python and Git throughout.
