We are looking for a person that is willing to learn administrative tasks and being an all over assistant to the current team of 3 people. Basic knowledge of Excel is a priority aswell as fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
Job includes but not limited to:
Monthly and weekly inventory counting
Office management
Warehouse management
Creating shipping labels in Shopify and Fedex/UPS
Booking pick ups with shipping companies
Assistant to founder/Art director
Assistant to order fulfillment manager
Packing PR orders
Full time position
No remote work
