ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Abion team, you’ll join our Swedish legal team of 14 colleagues, nine attorneys and five paralegals, based across
Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg. This position is based in Stockholm.
You’ll also collaborate with more than 120 international legal professionals across the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark,
Spain, Italy, Turkey, and the UAE, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients. You’ll quickly take on an independent role
with significant responsibility and play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional legal
services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor third-party applications and handle oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement actions before PRV, EUIPO, and the
Swedish Patent and Market Courts.
- Contribute to business development, build long-term client relationships, and provide training on intellectual property matters
and legal developments.
