teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

campaigns featuring Jude Law.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

is a senior creative leadership role reporting to the Brand Lead, based in-person at our Stockholm HQ.
You’ll set the design direction across brand, product marketing, campaigns, and content, building a creative identity that matches
the ambition of the product. Working closely with the Brand Lead, you’ll help evolve the overall brand vision while collaborating
with marketing, product, design and leadership to shape how Legora shows up in the world.
This is an end-to-end role where you’ll lead our brand designers, oversee day-to-day design execution in close collaboration with
the Production Manager, and ensure a consistently high creative bar across everything we produce. You’ll also support the sourcing
and management of external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and studios when needed.

Brand coherence. Work closely with Design leadership in Product as part of an internal Design Council to ensure Legora shows up
consistently, from the first touchpoint through the in-product experience.

Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer
At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity
employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people
of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression,
sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
We are Bold. An international brand consultancy shaping identities and experiences that move culture, commerce, and industry forward. Across our studios in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and London, we unite strategic thinking, curiosity, and passion to build brands that stand for something. Brands that break convention. Brands that last. The Role Bold's Stockholm studio is currently looking for a new Design Director to join the team. This is a senior creative leadership position. You'll take ownership of projects from first brief to final delivery. Setting direction, maintaining standards, guiding teams, and earning the trust of clients over the course of an engagement. You'll be the person in the room who can articulate why something works and what it still needs. But you'll also still be making things. The best design directors we know haven't stopped designing. They've just gotten better at knowing when to get out of the way and when to step in. Expect to be working across brand strategy, brand identity, design systems, and brand activations. For clients that range from established names looking to transform, to ambitious new ones looking to announce themselves. Experience from gaming, entertainment, or other experience-driven industries is a bonus. Qualities Creative leadership. You've led projects and people ideally for 10 or more years, and you know the difference between managing and inspiring. You give feedback that moves work forward. You create conditions where designers can do their best work. A strong point of view. You have opinions about what makes a brand great. You can articulate them clearly, defend them confidently, and update them when you're wrong. Strategic depth. You understand why brand matters, commercially and culturally, and you can connect that understanding to every decision in the work. You're as comfortable thinking about a brand's positioning as you are about its typeface. Craft and rigour. You have high standards and you set them for the team around you. Details matter to you. Systems matter to you. Work that lasts matters to you. Client presence. You can lead a room. You build trust through clarity and conviction, not by telling clients what they want to hear, but by helping them understand what their brand actually needs. Creative Ambition We're not after someone who wants to manage from a distance. We're looking for someone who's still excited by the work, who gets restless when something isn't quite right, and won't sign off until it is. You're considered but decisive. Collaborative but not consensus-dependent. You’re someone who has built things you're proud of, and is now looking for a place to build more. Location Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate. We'll always consider exceptional candidates based elsewhere — but this is a role that benefits from being in the room. Studio Culture We're a studio that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. Our nordic roots shape how we operate: flat structures, genuine collaboration, and a real commitment to life outside the studio. We offer half a day each week set aside for creative pursuits or learning. Not as a perk, but because we believe good work comes from people who stay curious. We're looking for someone who adds to the range of perspectives around the table, while sharing a belief in the kind of environment where people do their best work — and feel good doing it. Benefits Health benefits 5000 sek/year. Workplace benefits: Computer and Phone, Pension Premium, Lunch benefit, Art lottery and more. 30 days paid leave + Swedish public holidays. Half-day of per week for creative pursuits and personal development. Swedish work/live visa process guidance and associated costs. Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Next Steps Send us your portfolio, a few words about where you are in your career and why Bold feels like the right move for you. We'll take it from there. We look forward to hearing from you.

Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Web Developer / Web Owner to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. You'll own Legora's website end to end: building and shipping landing pages on our CMS (Framer), and keeping the site fast, on-brand, and easy for the rest of marketing to work in without needing a developer for every change. This isn't a typical web developer role. We want someone who treats the website like a product they own, not a ticket queue: proactive about what should change next, comfortable proposing a different tool or approach when it serves us better, and able to move at a weekly cadence. You'll work closely with product marketing on content, and with our AEO Specialist to make sure the site is structured the way modern search and AI answer engines expect, all while protecting design and brand standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and ship landing pages: Design, code, and launch landing pages and site updates on our CMS (Framer), balancing speed with quality and brand consistency. * Own site architecture and CMS strategy: Take ownership of how our CMS is structured and used, and proactively propose changes, tooling, or a different CMS entirely when it better serves the team's needs. * Partner with product marketing: Work with product marketing on content so pages ship on time, read well, and are structured for both humans and search/answer engines. * Partner with our AEO Specialist: Make sure page architecture, schema, and content structure support how AI answer engines and search discover and cite Legora. * Partner with the brand team: Work closely with brand/design to maintain design and UX quality to Legora's brand guidelines across every page and template you or others ship. * Apply AI fluency to web work: Use AI tools to speed up coding, content adaptation, QA, and experimentation, and bring a point of view on how AI is changing how websites are built, discovered, and optimized. * Instrument the site: Own Google Tag Manager, tracking scripts, and form embeds, ensuring accurate data flows into the rest of the marketing stack. * Build for reuse: Create reusable components and templates so the wider marketing team can launch and edit pages independently, without waiting on a developer. * Work at a weekly cadence: Ship, review, and iterate every week, staying proactive and easy to redirect as priorities shift. WHAT YOU BRING * Hands-on coding skills: Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and real comfort working inside a modern CMS/website builder. * Systems and template thinking: You build reusable components and page templates by default, so the marketing team can move fast without you in the loop for every change. * AI fluency: You use AI tools day to day for coding, content, and QA, whatever gets the job done faster, and you have a point of view on how AI is changing the way websites should be built and discovered. * Marketing/GTM tooling: Experience with Google Tag Manager, form tools, and integrating a website with the rest of a marketing/martech stack. * A product mindset: You think about the website as a product you own, not a list of tickets, and you proactively suggest better ways of working, including on tooling and CMS choice. * Agile and proactive: Comfortable with a fast, iterative, weekly cadence, and quick to adapt when priorities or direction change. * Cross-functional collaborator: Experience partnering with content, brand/design, and SEO/growth stakeholders to ship pages that are both on-brand and effective. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your website is often a prospect's first experience of Legora, and you'll own how that experience looks, feels, and performs. TL;DR We're looking for someone who has thrived in a hypergrowth startup environment and wants to do it again — someone who genuinely loved the part that most people only tolerate. You'll work side-by-side with our founder-CEO to scale his effectiveness, shaping strategy, driving execution, and making every function better than you found it. This is an intense, high-proximity role with very little structure, very little guidance, and enormous leverage for the right person. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for 10+ years of professional experience across high-intensity environments. This role has no manager, no structured feedback loops, and no one scoping your work. You are expected to see what needs to happen across strategy, operations, communications, and people and drive it without being asked. MBB consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan) or similar foundation. You learned structured problem-solving and executive communication under pressure. The CEO is a prolific, high-velocity idea generator who moves across product, GTM, partnerships, brand, and org design, sometimes within the same conversation. Ideas arrive faster than any single person could execute. Your job is to identify which ones carry real strategic weight, and sequence them against competing priorities. Ex-Founder, Chief of Staff, Head of BizOps/Strategy, or senior operations generalist experience at a hypergrowth startup who has lived the chaos firsthand. This company changes direction at the speed of the market it's defining. The strategic priority from Monday's leadership meeting may be reframed by Wednesday because a new partnership, competitive signal, or product insight emerged. This role is for someone who gets energy from moving fast inside ambiguity and can bring others along with them. Experience at companies that scaled revenue dramatically in compressed timeframes (think Ramp, SpaceX/Tesla, TikTok/ByteDance, OpenAI, Stripe, Anduril, Anthropic, Databricks, Figma, Scale AI). Lovable's leadership team has been assembled at lighting speed. You’ve seen this before before and how to support the CEO in building a strong leadership team. You will often be the connective tissue, the translator and mediator. Executive-grade communication. You can produce investor memos, board updates, internal comms, and candidate briefs that are polished, high-signal, and fast. You'll shape how the CEO communicates to the company, the board, and candidates — translating high-speed thinking into prose that lands with precision. Much of your impact will be invisible to the org and attributed to others. That needs to be fine with you. Diplomatic backbone. You navigate leadership tensions, headcount negotiations, and hard conversations with both empathy and candor. Comfortable with founder-speed proximity and intensity. This means daily co-working sessions with the CEO on his schedule, in-person in Stockholm, no remote exceptions. The team, customers, partners and investors are distributed across Stockholm, Boston, San Francisco and London. Some sessions run long and often happen outside of business hours. AI fluency. You actively use AI tools in your workflows and see them as a leverage multiplier, not a novelty (experience building AI workflows and agents is a strong plus) Coaching background is a meaningful plus. Executive coaching certification, or equivalent. What you’ll do In one sentence: Be the CEO’s strategic right hand — own the operating rhythm of the company, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead the highest-stakes initiatives from strategy through execution. Serve as a sounding board and sparring partner to the CEO on company strategy, competitive positioning, fundraising, org design, and executive hiring Own the cadence of the company — leadership meetings, leadership offsites, support all-hands preparation, goal-setting, planning, and cross-functional accountability systems Shape CEO communications for internal audiences (all-hands, leadership updates, sensitive HR matters) and external audiences (investor calls, candidate-facing materials) Drive alignment across the Leadership team and functional leads — mediate tensions constructively and ensure leadership decisions translate into execution Lead high-stakes special projects end-to-end — executive hiring processes, competitive intelligence, accountability frameworks Design and maintain function-level KPIs, headcount planning models, and performance dashboards that keep the leadership team honest Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows (multi-agent systems, Slack triage, meeting prep, action-item tracking) to scale the Office of the CEO This role is not for you if You expect to work regular working hours. Our teams, partners, investors and customers span Stockholm, San Francisco, Boston and London. You need clear role boundaries and a well-defined job description to do your best work You've never worked in a high-growth startup and are drawn to the idea of it more than the reality You take it personally when work you've invested in gets deprioritized or redirected abruptly You need regular recognition from your principal to stay motivated You expect the person you support to hand-hold you, or model the behaviors and systems you're implementing for the rest of the org You want a 12-month stepping-stone into a functional leadership role, this role is its own thing, and it demands full commitment to the craft of it How we hire Intro call with a member of the recruitment team to explore fit and alignment Call with a member of the CEO Office In-person meeting with the CEO if Stockholm-based, virtual otherwise Call with a member of the Leadership Team In-person work simulation with the CEO
