Compensation & Benefits Manager

As our Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will own and develop Voi’s compensation and benefits area, ensuring our offering is

competitive, fair, simple to manage and compliant across our markets. You will play a key role in shaping the structures,

processes and programmes that help us attract, engage and retain talent as we continue building sustainable cities made for

living.

In this role, you will work closely with People, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to keep our compensation and benefits

approach relevant, transparent and aligned with Voi’s business needs. This includes:

• Collaborating with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal to budget for and administer

compensation and benefits programmes

We are looking for a structured and collaborative compensation and benefits professional who enjoys combining data, people impact

and practical execution. You are comfortable working with different stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear guidance,

and building processes that are both compliant and easy to use.
