COMPLIANCE OFFICER
HELP US STRENGTHEN THE FINANCIAL CRIME PREVENTION IN SECOND-LINE COMPLIANCE
We're hiring a Compliance Officer to drive our financial crime prevention compliance strategy. Not a paperwork function.
Anyfin is a licensed kreditmarknadsbolag, which means compliance and anti money laundering and counter terrorism financing aren't
support functions here, they're part of what lets us operate at all. New regulations are coming into force in 2027, and they
increase the strategic responsibilities of the compliance function. We need someone to navigate Anyfin in this new regulatory
environment, especially as new markets and products are on the horizon.
WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
This isn't a maintenance role. The work is still being shaped, and you'd be shaping it.
You'll own the FCP compliance framework end-to-end, working closely with risk, operations and product to make sure FCP holds up in
practice, not just on paper.
You’ll:
Own the methodology and documentation of the business-wide risk assessment (BWRA)
Own and develop AML/CTF governing documents
Provide compliance support and advice to different business stakeholders and management
Perform compliance risk analysis and write compliance reports
Actively monitor regulatory developments and interpret new and changed regulations
Create and hold compliance trainings
You’ll be joining our Compliance team and reporting to the Head of Compliance.
