Om tjänsten

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content and social media marketing while helping Kognity reach and support

IB educators worldwide. You’ll contribute to content, campaigns and research, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager

and the wider Marketing team.

We're a 125-person EdTech scale-up powering learning in 140+ countries, helping students and teachers thrive through an

intelligent platform that combines rich, interactive pedagogy with smart AI and data.

WHY JOIN KOGNITY?

  • Work on problems that matter – Your work directly influences the lives of teachers and students in over 140 countries. The

scale is global, and the outcomes are tangible.

  • Build practical marketing experience – You’ll contribute to real content, campaigns and research and see how marketing supports

growth. You will be trusted to take initiative and make decisions.

  • Learn alongside an experienced team – You’ll work with smart, driven colleagues across demand generation, brand, thought

leadership, and go-to-market enablement, with mentorship from our Content Marketing Manager.

  • Develop in a collaborative environment – Everyone is expected and supported to learn quickly, improve constantly and raise

their own bar. If you enjoy responsibility, momentum and meaningful challenge, you will thrive here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Content Marketing Intern you will get a chance to help shape how Kognity talks to IB educators, across blogs, podcasts, email

and social. Your work may include:

  • Create and adapt blogs, social posts, educator-facing articles, testimonials and email copy that bring Kognity's IB messaging

to life for teachers worldwide.

  • Support thought-leadership content creation, including our IB Unplugged podcast, that showcases Kognity's expertise to the IB

community.

Support our social media presence through scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Run market and competitor research across the IB and EdTech space, turning findings into insights the team can act on.
Use AI tools responsibly to sharpen research, improve workflows and develop content more efficiently.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are currently enrolled in an educational programme in Marketing (content & social media) or a related field, and eligible

to complete an internship as part of your academic programme.

Ideally, you are an IB Diploma Programme graduate and have first-hand knowledge of the programme.
You write and speak fluent English, with a strong interest in clear, persuasive, and engaging copy.
You have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution.

WHO WILL THRIVE IN THE ROLE

You take initiative, moving work forward without waiting to be asked, and keep others updated on progress.
You can manage multiple work streams at once, planning your own workload and aligning priorities.
  • You ask how marketing supports growth and use that curiosity to learn across content, campaigns, and research - and to improve

results.

You're genuinely enthusiastic about education and the IB field, and see this role as an opportunity to create real impact.
