Engineer – Scaling Avanza into Denmark & Beyond

Your Role With Us

As a Full Stack Software Engineer in our Denmark expansion team, you’ll take features from initial prototypes through to

production. You’ll be a foundational part of our 2030 European expansion, helping to build an architecture and engineering culture

designed to scale across multiple future markets. You will be based in Stockholm.

• Deliver Early, Often & Safely: Structure code, tests, and workflows for short feedback loops and frequent production releases,

treating deployment safety and speed as core engineering disciplines.

• Build for Scale & Modularity: Build scalable web applications and microservices using Angular, TypeScript, and Java, with a

strong emphasis on modularity and testability.

• Shape Our AI-First Workflow: Move beyond standard development by actively integrating AI tools into daily coding, pairing, and

system design, including AI-driven testing and automated documentation generation.

• Collaborate & Coach: Practice pair and mob programming, code reviews, and continuous learning to share knowledge, refine

pipeline habits, and keep quality high.

• Work Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product Managers and UX designers to craft frictionless user experiences, while

navigating the complexities of multi-market requirements.

safely hit production continuously. You take initiative, bring an open mindset, and believe that psychological safety—where asking

questions and learning from mistakes is welcomed—is key to great engineering.
