This is a full-time consulting assignment for an initial period of six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There may be a possibility for extension of the assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you will support senior executives, including members of the Global Leadership Team and the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through structured and proactive coordination.
You will manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and handle administrative processes such as expense reporting. You will also support executive meetings by preparing materials, managing agendas, documenting outcomes, and following up on actions.
The role requires a proactive approach, where you anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and handle requests with sound judgment in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key tasks include:
Managing complex calendars, meetings, and executive schedules
Coordinating international travel, itineraries, and expense administration
Preparing presentations, meeting materials, and documentation
Supporting executive meetings, offsites, and leadership forums
Handling incoming requests and prioritizing tasks on behalf of executives
Education, experience and personal characteristics
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
Experience working in an international or global organization
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
It is also meritorious if you have:
Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
Experience working closely with executive leadership teams
