General Manager

Inspired by the warmth of a Spanish farmhouse, Villa Valentina brings people together through Mediterranean flavours, heartfelt

hospitality and dishes made for sharing. Relaxed, vibrant and full of character, it is a place where guests feel like old friends

— and our team brings that feeling to life every day.

Urban Italian Group is one of Europe's fastest-growing hospitality groups, bringing together distinctive restaurant brands,

passionate people and memorable guest experiences. As we continue to grow, so do the opportunities for those who want to build

their careers with us.

As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant with energy, ownership and care. You will be responsible for the daily

performance of the business, the guest experience, and the development of a strong, motivated team.

This role is for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, setting standards, supporting people and building a culture where

the team takes pride in what they do every day.

We believe we work with people, not food. Guided by our values of Trust, Inclusion, Passion and Entrepreneurship, we’re committed

to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, valued and empowered to grow.

If you are excited by joining us, we would love to hear from you. Bring your energy, personality and passion for hospitality to

Villa Valentina.

Urban Italian Group is committed to fair and inclusive recruitment. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. If you

need a reasonable adjustment at any stage of the selection process, please tell our Talent Acquisition Team.
