About the role
This role is central to helping Securitas understand what engages our people, turn their feedback into meaningful action and
strengthen retention as a key outcome and prioritized goal in our 2030 strategy.
As Global Employee Insights and Engagement Lead, you will champion employee engagement across Securitas and own and evolve our
global employee listening agenda, including the global People Survey and its governance, methodology, reporting, stakeholder
guidance and community. You will connect employee feedback with retention data, exit surveys, targeted one-off studies, external
benchmarks and other relevant insight sources to create a more complete understanding of the employee experience. You will help
translate these insights into clear priorities and practical recommendations that help leaders create an engaging work environment
where people can contribute, grow and choose to stay.
A further priority will be ensuring that Securitas’ employee listening approach, processes and tools remain effective,
user-friendly and fit for purpose in supporting engagement and action. You will assess opportunities to improve the current setup
or evaluate alternative solutions with relevant stakeholders. This includes collaboration with the Client Experience team to align
relevant survey methodologies, share insights and explore opportunities for greater consistency where this creates value. You will
also provide global governance and implementation guidance for the Securitas People Promise, our Employee Value Proposition (EVP),
and manage the global Securitas Toolbox Ambassador Network.
