ABOUT THE ROLE

Global HR Business Partner role works as part of the newly established Global HR Business Partnering team, created to build and

embed a new way of working for HR Business Partner support for geographically distributed teams. It supports a globally

distributed workforce in the business-critical group functions of IT, Finance, People Marketing & Communications and other smaller

HQ functions (Legal excluded), supporting senior leaders in a matrixed environment to drive consistent execution of core people

processes for employees based in all countries.

Since the majority of the employees within the global functions are based in Sweden, the collaboration with the HRBP for our

Sweden-based colleagues will be particularly important.

The first priority is to, within the global HRBP model, establish excellent operational basics and ensure execution discipline

across the most critical people processes. Success in the first phase will be measured by consistent execution, reliability, and

improved visibility across core people processes.

As we continue to scale globally, there is a need for more consistent, coordinated HR support to stay aligned across countries and

units and to build truly high performing teams.
