Taco Bell is coming to Heron City soon, and we're building our team!

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated people to join us as we prepare to open our new restaurant. Whether you're

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Crew Members – Part-Time & Full-Time

You'll help us deliver great food and friendly service while keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Responsibilities include

taking orders, preparing food, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, keeping the restaurant clean and working together to

deliver fast, efficient service.

Previous restaurant experience is an advantage but not essential. We're looking for people with the right attitude, reliability

and willingness to learn.

Shift Leaders – Part-Time & Full-Time

We're also looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders who can take responsibility for running shifts and supporting the

team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the team during each shift
Ensuring excellent guest service and consistent food quality
Managing shift operations, including opening and closing duties
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards
Supporting team training, development and performance
Helping manage staffing, workflow and service speed
Taking ownership of restaurant standards and solving operational challenges

Previous leadership or restaurant experience is preferred. We're looking for people who lead by example, communicate well and are

ready to take responsibility.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 16 years old
Positive, reliable and service-minded
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn, develop and take feedback
A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
For Shift Leaders: leadership potential, confidence and the ability to take ownership

Important: Positions include morning, evenings and late weekend closing shifts. Applicants must be able to work these hours

reliably and have a suitable way to travel to and from work.
