About the role
We're looking for an ambitious Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team at Mynt HQ in Stockholm.
In this role, you'll own every inbound lead that comes our way, from the first question to a fully onboarded customer. You'll
guide prospects through the tool, show them what Mynt can do for their business, and make sure they feel confident and supported
every step of the way. If you love turning curiosity into commitment and enjoy being the first friendly face of a fast-growing
fintech that's changing how companies handle spending and payments, this is your role. You'll be part of a driven, close-knit team
where ideas move fast, ownership runs deep, and your voice actually matters.
How you'll make an impact
Own the full inbound sales process, from the first inquiry to a signed and onboarded customer.
Teach prospects how Mynt works and show them the value it brings to their business.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads quickly, keeping momentum through the whole sales cycle.
Guide new customers through onboarding, making sure they get up and running smoothly.
Spot patterns in what prospects need and feed those insights back to the team to help us improve.
What you'll bring to the team
- Proven experience in inbound sales, customer-facing roles, or business development, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial
services.
A natural ability to explain a product clearly and make complex things feel simple.
A commercial mindset paired with genuine curiosity about customer needs.
Strong follow-through, you keep deals and onboarding moving without losing the personal touch.
Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, where things move fast and you keep up.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
