About Mynt Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management platform. We’re on a mission to simplify company spend management by automating manual financial administration. Over the past year, Mynt's revenue has grown by more than 90%, making us one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Nordics. As a tech-first company with a dedicated product mindset, we build empowered teams that solve complex problems and build solutions that reduce our customers' cognitive load and administrative needs. We have established strategic partnerships with leading players across banking, ERP, fleet, and mobility, across all Nordic markets. Join Mynt to become part of an ambitious, curious and high-performing team. With 110+ employees in Sweden, Finland and Norway, and strong momentum across the business, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, scale, and increased international expansion. About the Role As Mynt is rapidly expanding in product complexity and customer numbers, data matters more. We are moving from qualitative to quantitative data for understanding customers, products, business and performance. While our platform, with 100+ models in use, serves us well today, this role is here to address the challenges of tomorrow. We are now investing in our data platform so it can truly scale with us. It will be challenged by a fast product development pace, high customer growth, increasing complexity in use cases and regulatory requirements. It serves internal stakeholders from all departments and external reporting. You will start designing a new data platform from the ground up, introducing it in parallel with our current solution. Our software architecture for our business systems follows very stringent design patterns which will allow easy data retrieval and high levels of automation. Your job is to identify challenges, define and test solutions, make technological choices and iteratively deliver a data platform that: * Provides a solid abstraction layer between system-specific data models and the data platform models. * Defines orchestration and transformation layers, which are currently largely missing. * Expands and automates the semantic layer, improving support for our heavily used conversational analytics. * Provides high robustness, strong monitoring and relevant alarms. * Has a strong governance and security model. You will be one of the founding members of our data platform and join our technical platform team where you will work with highly competent colleagues building the platform that underpins all of Mynt. We expect to grow the data platform into its own team over time. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience * A high level of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of building and owning data platforms in production. Preferably using GCP, BigQuery and Python. * Data modelling experience in complex domains is essential. * Experience with AWS, MySQL and MongoDB is an advantage as this is the tech stack that our business systems are built upon. * You have a genuine curiosity for growing as a data engineer and take real pride in your craft, consistently delivering robust, enterprise-grade solutions. * You have a team-first approach and enjoy solving problems in a multidisciplinary team setting. * You have a learning and ever-improving mindset and a will to share your insights and improve your surroundings. * Fluent in Swedish and English What we can offer you * Be part of an amazing team in a fast-growing scale-up. * Enjoy a flexible working environment with a great office location in central Stockholm. * Shape your own development and responsibilities based on your passion and interest. * Recurring social and team activities, friskvårdsbidrag, 30 vacation days and competitive salary. The position will be filled as soon as we find a suitable candidate. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you believe this is for you!

About the role We're looking for an Executive Assistant to become the right hand of Baltsar, our CEO. You'll run his calendar, keep his inbox under control and make sure his time goes to what moves Mynt forward. This isn't a "book the meeting room" role. You'll be a force multiplier: the person who sees what's coming, clears the path and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Full-time, in our Stockholm office. What you'll own * The calendar. Plan, protect and optimise Baltsar's schedule, so focus time stays focus time and the right meetings happen at the right moment. * Travel and expenses. Book trips, build itineraries and keep expense reports in order (in Mynt, of course). * Scheduling and coordination. Set up internal and external meetings, juggle time zones and handle the many reschedules with a smile. * The inbox. Triage incoming email, flag what matters, follow up on loose threads and draft replies when it makes sense. * First point of contact. Be the friendly, sharp face for investors, partners and guests reaching the CEO's office. * Meeting prep. Make sure Baltsar walks into every meeting prepared, with agendas, materials and context ready, and that action points get followed up afterwards. * Make things smoother. Spot what's slowing things down and fix it, using AI and smart tools to work smarter, not just harder. To be clear: this role is all about Mynt's business. No private errands. Who you are You're the kind of person where things just get done. You think two steps ahead, stay calm when the calendar explodes and enjoy bringing order to a busy week. You probably have: * A few years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally from private equity, investment or another fast-paced, high-stakes environment * An action-oriented mindset: you'd rather pick up the phone and sort it than wait for an email reply * A strong sense of discretion: you handle confidential information with care * Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail * Clear, friendly communication in both Swedish and English, written and spoken * Confidence with Google Workspace, Slack and similar tools, and curiosity about using AI in your daily work * A low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Bonus points if you: * Have supported partners or senior leaders in private equity, venture capital or investment banking * Have experience coordinating board meetings or investor contacts * Get a kick out of building systems and routines that make everyone's life easier What we offer * A front-row seat to how a fast-growing fintech is built, working side by side with the CEO * Real ownership from day one: you’ll shape how the CEO’s office runs, not just keep it running * A warm, ambitious and low-ego team that likes to win together Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We care a lot about personality and drive. 🚀

About the role We’re looking for a Team Lead for our Enterprise Sales team at Mynt HQ in Stockholm. You’ll lead a group of Sales & Business Developers who work with larger, more established companies, and you’ll help them win more and close faster. This is a player-coach role. Some days you’ll be prepping a teammate for an important meeting with a CFO. Other days you’ll be helping unstick a deal with lots of stakeholders, or working your own pipeline. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Sweden and our Head of Growth on how Mynt wins these customers and how the team grows from here. If you love closing deals yourself, and get just as much energy from watching your team close theirs, keep reading. How you’ll make an impact * Lead, coach and support the team day to day, from pipeline reviews and deal strategy to joining key meetings when it counts. * Help the team handle longer sales cycles with several stakeholders, and clear whatever is blocking a deal. * Run your own pipeline, from first outreach to signed contract. * Work with the Head of Sales Sweden and the Head of Growth to shape our sales playbook, processes and go-to-market. * Raise the bar for how the team prospects, pitches and negotiates, and spread what works so everyone gets better. * Bring what you learn from customers back to the wider business, including product and growth. What you’ll bring to the team * Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech or financial services. * A track record of closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders, including C-level. * Experience coaching, mentoring or leading salespeople, formally or informally. You enjoy making others better. * A hands-on leadership style. You lead by example and you’re happy to get stuck in alongside the team. * Structure and curiosity in equal measure. You can tell a healthy pipeline from a hopeful one, and you ask the questions that move deals forward. * Experience from a startup or scale-up, where things move fast and you help set the pace. * Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. What we can offer you * The chance to lead and build a sales team at a fast-growing scale-up. * Real influence over how we sell and how the team grows. * A flexible working environment with a great office location in central Stockholm. * Room to shape your own development and responsibilities around your passions and interests. The position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate, so reach out as soon as possible if this sounds like you.
