JUNIOR ANALYST

We’re now looking for a Junior Analyst to join our finance team. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to

learn how a fast-growing fintech and lending business really works, from the numbers that go to the board to the follow-up behind

them.

You’ll work closely with our finance lead and and financial analyst. We’re building new internal systems and use AI in our daily

work, so you’ll see how a finance function scales, not just how it runs today.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support the monthly reporting process
Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Prepare board and management reporting packs
Follow up on revenue and costs
Support the consolidation of results
Take ownership of manual processes and projects, and help us make them smarter over time
Work with stakeholders across finance, credit and structuring

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A degree in economics, business or engineering
Recently graduated, or one to two years of relevant experience
Curious and eager to learn; you like getting to the bottom of the numbers
Structured and thorough, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using AI tools, and keen to find better ways of working
A communicative, non-prestigious team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE

Studies in or experience with accounting or financial reporting
