Hos oss på Clarion Hotel Amaranten omdefinierar vi förstklassig hotell- och servicenäring med urban sofistikering, hög standard och en hotellatmosfär som är både vibrerande och välkomnande.

Som Supervisor är du hjärtat i vår mötesverksamhet och rapporterar direkt till Hotel Manager. Du är vår administrativa nyckelperson som tar vid där Sales lämnar över affären, och äger den löpande kundkontakten samt detaljplaneringen inför möten, event och gruppbokningar (inklusive logi). Samtidigt är du en synlig ledare i driften som leder och fördelar det dagliga arbetet för vårt konferensteam (två mötesvärdinnor/värdar).

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

Dutytjänstgöring (helgansvar för hotellets övergripande drift) ingår enligt rullande schema.

Detta är ett föräldraledighetsvikariat på heltid (100 %) med start i februari 2027 eller enligt överenskommels . Tjänsten omfattar varierande arbetstider utifrån eventens behov, inklusive kvällar och helger. Lön enligt kollektivavtal (Unionen).
