We're looking for a Test and Validation Engineer to join our Hardware & Firmware organisation in Stockholm. You'll own how we test

the electronics the team designs, and you'll build the fixtures and boards that make that testing possible.

Every new PCB revision comes through you for bring-up and verification. You'll write the test plans that check a board against its

requirements, design the fixtures and test boards that run them, automate what's worth automating, and take failures down to root

cause so the fix lands in the next design revision.

Our devices have to give the same reading in every clinic, every time. That makes verification a design input, which is why this

role sits close to the design work and starts early in a project.

You'd own the test approach for all the hardware this team designs, and you design the fixtures and test boards behind it

yourself, schematic through layout. There's real electronics design work inside this role, which is part of why it's a good route

towards design engineering if that's where you want to end up.

The hierarchy is flat and the design team is in Stockholm with you, so the distance between finding a problem and changing a

design is short. You'll be in the design reviews from the start.
