We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from

expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting
increasingly complex.
About The Role
We are seeking a Locker Network Specialist to join Instabee's Network team in Stockholm. You will specialize in administering and
planning the daily operations within the network team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily plans in a timely and cost-efficient manner, respecting current and
future capacity needs. Additionally, you will oversee general administrative tasks connected to the Instabee network.
In Practice, Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing cooperation internally and externally, from day-to-day operations to long-term planning.
Ensuring our registry of location partners is updated, along with similar administrative tasks.
Maintaining partner relations through daily contact with our location partners.
You will collaborate closely with the Swedish operations, commercial, tech, and terminal teams, as well as other teams across the
company. Furthermore, you will be part of a young, highly motivated team in a rapidly growing environment with room for your own
initiatives. The role is based in Stockholm, and you will work full-time.
About You
The Operations team is the heart and soul of Instabee. As a member of our Operations team, you should have a passion for moving
quickly, be pragmatic, and excel in problem-solving with your team while, of course, having fun. Every day will be different, and
you should enjoy fast-paced environments.
