About NCC Business Services (NBS)

NBS provides and develops scalable finance and accounting services across the NCC Group, supporting efficient, high-quality and

transparent business operations throughout the Nordic region.

We are looking for a Manager, Accounting & Financial Control to lead and develop a key function within NCC Business Services

(NBS).

As Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Accounting & Financial Control organization across the Nordic region. You will

ensure high-quality accounting with a focus on statutory reporting to authorize and work closely with Group Finance to secure the

reporting within the NCC Group. You will ensure strong internal control, efficient finance processes, and continuous improvement

in collaboration with other NCC units, while supporting NCC's ongoing ERP transformation. Drive the continued optimization and

development of finance processes, controls and service delivery during and following the ERP transformation.

The position is based at NCC’s headquarters in Solna, Sweden. The position requires some travelling, although we do apply a

flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
