Next-generation networks demand unprecedented data rates, ultra-low latency, and massive connectivity, introducing big

computational challenges at the baseband physical layer. High-complexity workloads like massive MIMO beamforming, channel

estimation, and decoding require dynamic, sub-millisecond mapping onto heterogeneous accelerators.

Traditional static or heuristic scheduling struggles to adapt to fluctuating traffic and channel conditions, causing hardware

underutilization, missed deadlines, and high power consumption. To circumvent these bottlenecks, a dynamic, intelligent mapping

mechanism must be introduced to maximize hardware utilization under strict latency and power constraints.
