Som Payroll Administrator kommer du att tillhöra People Operations, som är en av tre avdelningar inom People. Inom People Operations kommer du att arbeta nära People Coordinators, People Operations Partner och Office Management. Du kommer även att ha nära kontakt med Accounting, Talent, ledare och medarbetare.
Du blir en nyckelperson i vårt löneteam och ansvarar, tillsammans med kollegor, för att driva och utveckla hela löneprocessen för Nordax Bank och Svensk Hypotekspension. Utöver lönehanteringen kommer du att supportera administrationen av pensioner, försäkringar och andra förmåner såsom tjänstebilar och friskvårdsbidrag. Vi har utöver det en ökad mängd arbetsresor mellan Norge och Sverige, där Payroll hanterar skattemässiga konsekvenser gentemot myndigheter och medarbetare.🌍Eftersom vi nyligen har implementerat Flex HRM och Workday, söker vi dig som är systemintresserad och trivs med att driva förbättringar.

3-5 år inom kvalificerat lönearbete, gärna från lite större (400+) eller internationella organisationer
Har erfarenhet inom Benefits, d.v.s att administrera pensioner, förmåner etc.
Har en grundläggande förståelse för redovisning från ett löneperspektiv.
Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och är bekväm med att prata och skriva på engelska.
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med integrationer mellan HR master data och payroll, att arbeta i en börsnoterad miljö och/eller erfarenhet av komplexa lönefrågor såsom internationell beskattning.

We're looking for a Business Controller / Accounting Manager to help shape the next phase of our finance function. The role is designed in two phases. Initially, you'll take full ownership of the accounting function while our current Accounting Manager is on parental leave. Once returning, your role will transition as planned to focus primarily on Business Controlling—a new function that you'll lead and develop together with our CFO. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career with increasing responsibility in Business Controlling. You'll help build a new function from the ground up, working closely with our CFO to improve how GeoGuessr measures performance and supports business-critical decision-making. Role Overview Initially, you'll be responsible for the entire accounting process, ensuring high quality across day-to-day accounting, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting. Once the parental leave period ends, the role will transition to primarily focus on Business Controlling. Together with the CFO, you'll build and further develop our controlling function with the goal of creating better business insights, stronger performance follow-up, and more effective decision support. A key part of the role will be developing how we measure and manage the business through relevant KPIs, dashboards, reports and business-focused analysis. You'll also have a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning to support both strategic and operational decision-making. You'll continue to play an important role within the accounting function, contributing your accounting expertise during month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and other periods of high workload. Success in this role requires a strong accounting foundation combined with a business-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in analysis. Accounting Own the company's accounting function, including month-end and year-end closing and day-to-day accounting. Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. Manage tax calculations, tax returns, VAT, and other tax-related matters. Handle all payroll administration, including payroll processing, accounting, taxes, and payments. Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes, including the use of AI. Act as the primary contact for external auditors and lead the annual audit process. Long-term – Business Controlling Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability. Define and further develop relevant KPIs. Build dashboards and management reporting. Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up processes. Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and decision support for management. Who are you? We believe you have: Several years of experience in qualified accounting, with full responsibility for the closing process of a Swedish legal entity. It's a plus if you've already gained experience in Controlling. A solid understanding of accounting principles, tax, and financial reporting. A strong interest in Business Controlling and a desire to work closer to the business through analysis and decision support. A structured, analytical, and self-driven way of working. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager based in Stockholm to develop and implement the global payroll strategy across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Malta, Colombia, Poland, the UK, Gibraltar, and the USA. This is both a strategic and hands-on operational leadership role. The successful candidate will develop a professional global payroll function, create the operating model, strengthen governance and controls, and ensure payroll is scalable, compliant and aligned with HR and Finance in a large global company. Alongside developing and implementing the global payroll strategy, the role will provide hands-on operational oversight of payroll delivery across all countries in scope, including direct payroll delivery for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The role will also review payroll vendors, oversee HR Payroll Coordinators, own global payroll reporting and data governance, and deliver accurate, compliant, and insight-led payroll across a complex international environment. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Global Payroll Operations: Lead timely, compliant end-to-end payroll across 12 countries (including the Americas and Europe), maintaining hands-on delivery for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Operating Model & Governance: Establish a standardized global operating model with clear payroll calendars, approval workflows, documentation, and senior escalation protocols. Assurance & Controls: Design and embed a robust payroll assurance framework covering variance analysis, data reconciliations, exception reporting, and control testing. Compliance & Audit Ownership: Ensure strict compliance with local tax, pension, and statutory laws; monitor regulatory changes and lead all payroll audits and year-end processes. Vendor Governance: Own international vendor performance, managing service level agreements (SLAs), compliance obligations, issue resolution, and operational handoffs with HR and Finance. Data Integrity & Architecture: Maintain the global payroll data dictionary ensuring consistency and system integrations across HR, finance, and vendor platforms to safeguard data quality. Strategic Reporting & Insights: Own global reporting on payroll costs, headcount, and FTEs to drive variance analysis, budgeting, and workforce planning for senior leadership. Function Build & Transformation: Modernize and scale the global payroll function by harmonizing cross-border workflows, driving automation, and supporting vendor or system transitions. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS Senior Payroll Leadership: Significant experience of complex, multi-country payroll functions in a global matrix organization. Function Build & Governance: Proven track record of designing global operating models, establishing controls, documenting workflows, and driving continuous improvement. Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance: Deep technical expertise in payroll assurance, statutory tax, pensions, social security, and audit readiness across multiple countries. Vendor Management: Strong experience managing international payroll vendors, enforcing SLAs, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliant delivery. Stakeholder Influence: Ability to build credibility and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership. Data & Analytics Capability: Advanced capability in managing global payroll data dictionaries, pay codes, payroll cost reporting, variance analysis, and FTE/headcount dashboards. Systems Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience utilizing HRIS and payroll platforms to align processes between HR and Finance. Diligence & Professional Judgment: High level of confidentiality and attention to detail, with the confidence to rigorously challenge vendor outputs and control weaknesses. NICE TO HAVES Experience with payroll transformation, vendor transitions, or payroll system integration.
