About the Role

This is your way into the world of performance marketing and paid social.

As a Performance Marketing Intern at SoScale, you’ll work closely with performance marketers, creative strategists, and content

teams to help launch, analyze, and improve campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

You’ll learn how modern growth marketing actually works — combining data, creative testing, audience psychology, and platform

strategy to scale brands profitably.

This role is perfect for someone analytical, curious, competitive, and eager to understand how content, media buying, and business

growth connect.

You won’t just observe dashboards. You’ll contribute to real campaigns from day one.

What You’ll Do

Assist with setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Meta and TikTok
Help analyze campaign performance and identify insights and opportunities
Support reporting, testing frameworks, and creative analysis
Learn how KPIs like CPA, CTR, ROAS, hook rate, and retention impact growth
Assist in audience research and competitor analysis

What We’re Looking For

Students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience)
Curious about marketing, growth, and digital advertising
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers, data, and structured thinking
Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn fast
Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Sheets, or AI tools is a plus
Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken)
Preferably based in Stockholm
