Portfolio Analyst

Revelop is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join its Fund & Portfolio Management team. This is a unique opportunity to combine

advanced financial analysis with real impact on Revelop's funds and real estate portfolios. You will join a fast-paced,

entrepreneurial environment where you can develop alongside experienced professionals.

As Portfolio Analyst, you will support Portfolio Managers and Asset Managers by providing fund and asset-level analysis, including

business plan reviews and lease approval memoranda. The role combines analytical depth with cross-functional collaboration and

offers exposure to investment analysis, business planning, performance monitoring, reporting and fundraising processes.

You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality financial modelling, well-structured analysis and reliable

decision-making support across Revelop's funds and real estate portfolios.

• Support Portfolio Managers in managing Revelop´s real estate funds through fund-level analysis, performance monitoring, and

business plan updates

• 0–3 years of experience in real estate transactions, investment analysis, financial controlling or similar analytical roles

(relevant internships is also valued)
