Product Manager Public Safety

AddSecure is strengthening its Public Safety portfolio, and we are now looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and

success of our solutions for emergency response and public safety organisations.

AddSecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and critical communications solutions. Within our Public

Safety business, we develop and deliver solutions that support emergency response organizations, rescue services, and public

safety agencies when every second counts.

Our primary market today is Sweden. As customer needs, technology and the market continue to evolve, you will play an important

role in shaping our future portfolio and supporting opportunities for growth in existing and new markets.

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of Public

Safety solutions.

You will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and translate those needs into clear product

priorities. At the same time, you will balance customer needs with business objectives, technical possibilities and long-term

portfolio development.

This is a role that combines strategic product management with hands-on collaboration across development, sales, operations and

other key stakeholders.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy, modernisation, roadmaps and long-term portfolio development.

• Engage directly with rescue services and other public safety organisations to understand operational needs and identify

opportunities for product development.

• Monitor market developments, regulatory requirements and emerging technologies within public safety and critical

communications.

• Support go-to-market activities and represent AddSecure in customer meetings, industry events and relevant public safety

forums.

We are looking for someone who combines strong product management capabilities with curiosity about customers, technology and

business.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role within software, technology, communications or

another technology-driven environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across customers, commercial teams and technical

functions.

Experience from public safety, emergency services, mission-critical communications, public-sector technology or critical

infrastructure would be highly valuable.
