Nordic Investin is recruiting a Program Manager Lean Transformation on behalf of one of our partner companies. You create pace

through clarity when workstreams, decisions and dependencies must move as one, and you surface risk early.

The partner is strengthening its capability in lean transformation across operational value streams. You will take responsibility

for work that connects value-stream mapping, portfolio governance and benefits, while ensuring that coaching and performance

measures receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

Project leadership connects outcomes, plans, risks and decisions. Success is controlled change that the organisation can adopt and

sustain.

HOW YOU WILL WORK

You will create a practical delivery rhythm across workstreams with different owners and incentives. The partner expects concise

preparation, explicit dependencies and decisions recorded clearly enough to survive handovers. Escalation should bring options and

consequences, not only a problem statement.

This role calls for visible leadership and disciplined decision making. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs

wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the practical direction for lean transformation across operational value streams.

Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for value-stream mapping and portfolio governance.

Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around benefits.

Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting coaching.

Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve performance measures.

Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Relevant experience delivering lean transformation across operational value streams in a demanding environment.

Strong working knowledge of value-stream mapping and portfolio governance.

Practical experience applying benefits and coaching.

Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving performance measures.

Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.

Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD ADD VALUE

Experience from manufacturing, logistics or service operations.

Exposure to change leadership in a cross-functional environment.

Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.

A BACKGROUND THAT CAN SUCCEED HERE

Your background may be consulting, a transformation office or complex operational delivery. Show how you controlled uncertainty

and guided difficult decisions. Direct experience of lean transformation across operational value streams is valuable, while

adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
