Project Coordinator
Videberg Kraft ABOm tjänsten
Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future
sustainable energy supply. Videberg Kraft is a project company with the mission to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future
nuclear power.
Joining us means being part of building a company from the ground up, with processes, systems and ways of working shaped in
parallel with the project itself. Here, progress depends on people who can move forward with confidence, even when not every
answer is known, take full responsibility, and look beyond their own role to help the wider project succeed.
We are now looking for a Project Coordinator who will support procurement, supply chain and contract management activities within
our Supply Chain & Contracting team.
YOUR ROLE
As Project Coordinator, you will take on a hands-on, coordinating role across the Supply Chain & Contracting function, supporting
procurement, contracting and supply chain activities within the full scope of the project. You will help connect the function’s
different workstreams and create a shared overview of ongoing work, enabling the team to work in a structured and coordinated way
as the project develops.
Reporting to Project Director of Supply Chain & Contracting, you will work closely with experienced colleagues across the
function, PMO and the wider project organisation. The role is suited to someone early in their career who wants to gain knowledge
of procurement, commercial management and contract management while contributing to the delivery of a major nuclear project.
The role includes limited travel both within Sweden and internationally, primarily to support supply chain activities.
YOUR FOCUS AREAS
- Plan and coordinate activities, actions and deliverables across the Supply Chain & Contracting function and relevant internal
functions.
- Support the monitoring of contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones and dependencies for both Videberg Kraft and its
contractual counterparties.
- Maintain and follow up on action lists and registers covering contractual obligations, changes and risks, along with other
relevant project-control information.
- Coordinate meetings and governance forums with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, meeting
materials, minutes and follow-up of actions.
- Support monitoring of the nuclear supply chain, helping to maintain visibility of key suppliers, interfaces, dependencies and
risks.
- Ensure that documentation and decisions are appropriately recorded and traceable in accordance with project governance and ways
of working.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of procurement, supply chain and contract management processes,
templates, systems and tools.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Around two years of experience in a coordination or project support role, including planning activities and following up on
actions and deliverables.
Preferred:
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage. Experience in the
nuclear sector is particularly valuable.
WHO YOU ARE
- A clear and effective communication, strong collaboration skills and the ability to build good working relationships with
senior colleagues and external partners.
- High integrity, with a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality, accuracy and traceability when handling
commercially sensitive information.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A unique opportunity to develop commercial and project-management expertise while working directly with some of the most
significant contracts and suppliers within a new nuclear program.
- Build a foundation for your future career: depending on your interests and development, the role can open paths into
procurement, contract management, commercial management and supply chain.
