Nordic Investin is recruiting a Research and Development Project Controller on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see
finance as both a decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.
The partner is strengthening its capability in financial control for long-term research and product-development portfolios. You
will take responsibility for work that connects project accounting, forecasts and earned value, while ensuring that grants and
capitalisation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

HOW YOU WILL WORK
You will work close to the stakeholders responsible for revenue, cost, projects or operations. The partner expects you to test
assumptions, explain uncertainty and translate analysis into a small number of useful actions. Credibility will come from both
financial discipline and curiosity about the business.
This role calls for subject-matter depth and practical ownership. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider
expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.
