Overview – Sales support East Capital Group is in an exciting phase and is now recruiting to strengthen our support team. Are you

a student with experience from customer support and can talk about various financial investment products? We have seen an

increased interest for all East Capital Group products, and we are growing and now looking for another team member to our sales

support, where you will work part-time starting from August and onwards. You will join an investor-oriented team where focus will

be to strengthen and develop relationships with IFA’s (Independent Financial Advisors) private clients and distributors across

Sweden.   Key Responsibilities Incoming errands from financial advisors and private clients Incoming calls from clients and

investment advisors Order placement KYC and AML and PEP Administrative tasks linked to fund administrations Drive sales and retain

assets in existing relationships Identify and develop new business opportunities   Successful Candidate The successful candidate

is a team player that is result oriented, energetic and has a positive attitude. We highly value a proactive personality.

Furthermore, to be successful in this role we believe that you should have an ambition to always exceed clients’ expectations and

a commercial mindset with an ability to generate new ideas to grow yourself and the team. A genuine interest in the financial

markets is considered a strong advantage, as it will support both your commercial understanding and your ability to engage with

our clients.   Qualifications  Experience of having worked with investment products such as pension insurances or private

investments. The candidate will be based in Stockholm. Experience from customer support ISK, endowment insurance and fund

depository is a plus Experience with CRM systems for Insurance brokers/Intermediaries Swedsec license is seen as an advantage

Experience from work in customer support at banking or insurance company is a plus Possibility to start immediately is a big plus

Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English, additional languages are considered as a merit   In this recruitment, we attach
