Senior Backend Engineer

A specialist in identity, secure transactions, and digital services, IN Groupe is the global leader in secure identity and trust

services. Every day, our 4,000 employees across 40 countries work to ensure that everyone has access to a reliable and secure

identity, both in the physical and digital worlds. With our solutions and our international network of 10 R&D centers, we support

governments and businesses in more than 130 countries.

Joining IN Groupe means helping to shape the future of the identity and secure transaction market. Become part of our

international teams — driven by innovation and proud to design solutions that make life easier and protect personal data for

millions of people around the world.

We are looking for a Senior backend engineer to join our Stockholm office with strong, hands‑on expertise in modern Java,

experienced in building and maintaining distributed systems and microservices. Brings solid proficiency in CI/CD and Azure DevOps

(or comparable platforms), along with practical knowledge of cloud environments, containerization technologies such as Docker and

Kubernetes, automated testing practices, and operating services reliably in production.

• A pragmatic environment: We value smart choices over shiny tools. You'll use the most adapted technologies to solve problems,

reduce complexity, and limit future technical debt.

• A healthy team culture: We believe in humility, collaboration, and keeping team well-being in balance with delivery goals. •

End-to-end responsibility: You'll see the whole lifecycle, from development through deployment to customer use.

• Growth into leadership: Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on a bigger role in driving initiatives and supporting

others in the team.
