Senior Engineer - Tech Lead / Tech Director

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, leadership, and digital entertainment,

helping our clients build exceptional products while also shaping Dashy as a company. This means:

• Providing technical leadership to teams across all stages of development, from early prototyping to full-scale production and

live operations.

• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from hands-on engineers to business executives, bridging technical and strategic

discussions.

• 3+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead, Tech Director, or similar), with hands-on experience guiding engineering teams,

driving technical strategies, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Proven experience across the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to production, shipping and live operations of

digital products, ideally in games or interactive experiences.

• Deep understanding of backend and client-side development, including networking, performance optimization, and scalable

architecture.

• A passion for digital entertainment, aligning with our mission to create experiences that matter.
