This role gives real opportunity to shape technical direction and improve how engineering is done at Centra. You’ll build

high-performance systems in Go and evolve our development practices through better tooling and modern workflows. Our teams operate

with high autonomy, fast feedback loops, and strong ownership.

This is not just a backend role though. It’s an opportunity to define how modern engineering teams work - combining strong system

design with AI-driven development to build scalable, future-proof platforms.

As a Senior engineer, responsibility includes shaping the technical vision and architecture of platform domains with a strong

focus on:

• Proven ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and

engineering discipline.

• GraphQL experience is nice to have, but strong API design, backend fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more

important
