As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take a key role in growing HomeQ’s consumer business. You’ll work across product
and marketing to identify opportunities, turn insights into experiments and improve conversion, retention and revenue.
The role combines hands-on execution with broad ownership and offers the opportunity to grow into a larger growth leadership role
over time.

We're a fast-growing scale-up acquired in early 2024 by Vend, the leading marketplace operator in the Nordics.
On top of our marketplace, we’ve built a growing portfolio of consumer subscription products including HomeQ+, HomeQ Samla and
HomeQ Byta. Together, they are an increasingly important part of our business and a key focus for our continued growth.
HOW WE WORK
You’ll be part of a small marketing team and report directly to our CMO. You’ll work closely with product and engineering, as well
as external specialists within performance and influencer marketing.
We move quickly and expect everyone to contribute hands-on. Rather than waiting for a backlog of requests, you’ll have the freedom
to identify problems and opportunities and decide how to tackle them.
AI tools are a natural part of how we work, whether it’s analyzing information, exploring ideas or making everyday work more
efficient.
YOUR MISSION
Your main focus will be growing our subscription products and improving the user journey from acquisition to long-term value.
You’ll:
Analyze growth funnels and identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion and retention
Develop and test initiatives across HomeQ+, HomeQ Samla and HomeQ Byta
Turn data and insights into hypotheses, experiments and product recommendations
Work with product and engineering to bring high-impact growth initiatives to life
Set direction for paid acquisition together with our performance marketing agency
Drive a consistent experimentation and learning cadence
Contribute to growth across SEO, AEO, partnerships and influencer marketing
Evaluate performance across initiatives and help prioritize where we invest next
WE HOPE YOU HAVE
- Several years of experience driving growth for digital products, with a strong track record in areas such as product growth,
CRO or performance marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid experience in performance marketing, with the ability to confidently guide and challenge an external agency
A good understanding of digital products, funnels and conversion
Experience collaborating with product and engineering
A solid understanding of performance marketing and digital acquisition
The ability to work independently and turn ideas into action
Curiosity for technology and experience using AI tools in your work
Fluent English
You don’t need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable finding and working with the data you need. Experience with
SQL, Metabase, BigQuery, Amplitude or similar tools is a plus.

Experience from a consumer subscription, marketplace or other digital product business
Worked with retention, churn, pricing or recurring revenue
Experience with CRO and experimentation
An understanding of SEO and AEO
Swedish language skills
