You're a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel who enjoys helping a business grow while managing risk in a pragmatic way. You

What You'll Do
As our Senior Legal Counsel, you'll be a trusted advisor across the company, working closely with Sales, IT, Product, Security,
People, Finance, and Leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and supplier
contracts.
Advising on privacy, data protection (GDPR), and information security matters.
Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across multiple areas of law.
Supporting strategic business initiatives, including international expansion, partnerships, and new product offerings.
Continuously improving our contract templates, legal processes, and internal policies.
Helping ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while enabling the business to move quickly.
Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments and translating them into practical guidance.
Promoting legal awareness throughout the organisation by empowering colleagues with clear and pragmatic advice.
Skills And Requirements
We're looking for someone who brings both legal expertise and commercial judgement.
A Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a Nordic university.
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably from an in-house legal team, a leading law firm, or a combination of
both.
Solid experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy law.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in helping colleagues succeed.
