Software Engineer Integrations

Assignment Description We are seeking a Software Engineer Integrations for an assignment requiring onsite attendance three days per week . You will work closely with Technical Leads, Developers, System Architects, QA and Business Analysts to align integration activities with the overall product strategy and delivery expectations. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required, together with the ability to collaborate across different team setups. You will design, develop, test and maintain integrations, incorporating quality assurance into all aspects of the work to deliver a good-quality product that meets requirements and expectations. You will also develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, incorporating testing and deployment practices to streamline continuous delivery to retail businesses. As part of launches in new markets, you will work with large datasets to import data from retail businesses. You will also implement tools and processes to monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability. You will create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including API and integration specifications, development guidelines and error-handling documentation. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Azure cloud services, such as Container Apps, Storage Accounts and Function Apps. Proficiency in developing with C# on .NET and familiarity with common programming design principles. Experience working on complex DevOps pipelines incorporating automated quality assurance and deployment. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, for example in ETL processes. Proven experience converting between data formats, such as JSON and positional flat files, using ASP.NET. A minimum of five years’ experience in software development, with at least three years focused on integration and microservice development.
