Software Engineer to our Retail Finance domain

focus of a modern product team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, customers, and experienced engineers to

shape and build innovative financial services in a rapidly changing market.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building exceptional customer experiences within retail banking and

financial services.

We operate as a true product team, not a collection of individuals working through separate backlogs. We solve problems together

through continuous collaboration. Rather than relying on heavyweight processes and detailed upfront planning, we value fast

feedback, experimentation, and iterative delivery.

A key part of our engineering approach is using AI-powered development practices and agentic workflows. We are looking for

engineers who embrace this with evolving pace and excited to help shape how we build modern software.

You will work closely with colleagues across the bank and directly with customers: effective communication skills, and

relationship-building just as important as technical expertise.
